Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days to request a return after receiving the item.
Returns will not be accepted after 7 days of shipment.
(Return and refund are not recommended. A certain handling fee will be charged. We will handle your problem properly.)

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, and with no more than 10 kilometers on the electric bicycle’s odometer. It must include all original packaging and accessories (charger, keys, hardware, etc.) and come with proof of purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately for evaluation and resolution.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at sa4@chamrider.cn /+86 18002692530 to request a return.
  2. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
  3. ChamRider does not cover return shipping costs for customer-initiated returns (non-quality issues).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:


  1. Products from unauthorized dealers
  2. Items with intentional damage
  3. Special orders
  4. Gifts or free samples
  5. Online-exclusive accessories (fenders, gift boxes, frame bags, helmets, controllers, phone mounts, air compressors, waterproof covers, locks, rearview mirrors, etc.)
  6. Additional Aftermarket Parts (Confirm compatibility with our team before purchasing.)

Shipping & Handling Fees for Non-Quality Issues

  • Electric Bicycles: Customer arranges return shipping to our warehouse or pays shipping fees as quoted by us.
  • Batteries: Customer arranges return shipping (only unused batteries are accepted).

Refund Types

Quality Issues (with video/photo proof):


  • Full or partial refund at ChamRider’s discretion


Incorrect Item Received:


  • Free replacement or full refund


Damaged Item or Missing Accessories:


  • Free replacement of accessories or partial refund


Undeliverable or Lost Packages:


  • Free reshipment or full refund


Cancellations Before Shipment:


  • 5% handling fee deducted + return shipping costs as quoted by the logistics provider


Cancellations After Shipment:


  • Customer responsible for logistics provider’s return shipping fees and handling costs (case-dependent)


Price Adjustments:


  • Partial price difference refunds within 7 days


Note: ChamRider reserves the right to organize promotional activities.

Address Changes

Addresses cannot be modified after a bicycle has shipped.

Refusal of Delivery

Customer responsible for logistics provider’s return shipping fees or reshipment costs.

Quality Issue Refunds

  • Within 10 days: Free replacement or return for defective items.
  • After 10 days: No returns accepted; contact us for repair guidance or send to an authorized service center.
    • Required: Video/photo proof of the issue before repairs.

Non-Quality Issue Refunds (Within 10 Days Only)

Eligible if items are unworn, unopened, unused, with ≤10 km odometer reading, and in original condition/packaging with all accessories.


  • Restocking Fee: €200 per electric bicycle + shipping costs will be deducted for non-defective returns.
  • Packaging costs: Not covered by ChamRider.

Warranty for Quality Issues

If your item is defective and purchased from an authorized dealer within the past year:


  1. Contact us via email / chet / WhatsApp with photos/videos of the defect. Our team may provide technical solutions.
  2. If unresolved, take the item to our authorized repair shop for servicing.
  3. For recurring part failures, provide new video/photo proof. ChamRider reserves the right to determine if damage is due to defects or normal wear.
