All orders (including pre-orders) will be charged to your credit/debit card immediately. Payment will be processed promptly regardless of the estimated shipment date of the product.

- Changes to electric bicycle orders after shipment (e.g., address/contact updates or exchanges) may incur modification fees based on the specifics provided by the logistics provider. Customers must assist in contacting the logistics company to facilitate changes.
- All order cancellations must be requested via email, backend private message, or WhatsApp to ChamRider’s customer service team. Phone cancellations are not accepted.
- Order cancellation will be confirmed via email notification. Failure to receive a confirmation email means the cancellation request has not been successful.
- To cancel an order, contact us via email, backend private message, or WhatsApp. Cancellation is only confirmed upon receiving a response from our customer service team.
- Due to our fast order processing, we will attempt (but cannot guarantee) to cancel your order. Once placed, orders cannot be modified (including for size/color reasons). Please choose carefully and contact our team for guidance to ensure correct product selection.
- Orders that have been shipped (tracking number issued) cannot be modified or canceled. Refer to the return terms and instructions at the top of our Returns Policy to learn how to return the order for a refund.
- If you request cancellation after we have charged your credit/debit card (or PayPal account), a 2.5% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover merchant card processing costs. This fee is non-refundable for canceled orders.
