Shipping Processing Time
- All orders will be processed within 7 days. There will be no shipping or delivery on weekends or holidays.
- In case of a large number of orders, the delivery may be delayed by a few days. Please allow more time for delivery.
- If there is a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Times
- Shipping fees are included for regular products. For special or replacement products, you may need to pay the difference in shipping fees.
- Delivery delays may occur occasionally.
Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
International Shipping Policy
- Currently, we have warehouses in Germany, Italy, Spain, etc. Most EU countries are eligible for freight shipping. For special regions, additional shipping fees may apply. For detailed information, please send us a private message.
- ChamRider does not assume any responsibility for tariffs and taxes on orders outside of Europe, the UK, or special regions. Any fees (such as tariffs, taxes, etc.) incurred during or after transportation shall be borne by the customer.
Damage Compensation
- ChamRider will reship new products or provide compensation for any products damaged or lost during transportation. We need your assistance in communicating with the logistics provider and sending emails.
- Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
