How long is shipping?
Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order after being placed online.Once the order is placed and delivery times will vary depending on where you live. About the detail of shipping,Orders shipped from our European warehouse typically take just 7–8 business days to arrive; orders shipped from our Chinese warehouse typically take 15–20 days for transit.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your confirmation email. Clicking the tracking number will automatically redirect you to 17Track to view the shipping information. If the automatic redirection does not occur, you can copy the tracking number and paste it into 17Track to check the details.
How will I receive confirmation of my order?

Can I cancel my order?

What should I do if I encounter an after-sales issue with the product?
- Take a clear photo of your e-bike's frame number.
For fat tire e-bikes: The frame number is located on the front fork.
For mountain e-bikes: The frame number is located on the bottom bracket. - Record a video of the specific issue you are experiencing.For example, if your e-bike display shows an error code, please record a clear video of the display screen showing the code.
